Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All classes must be booked in advance. To reserve your place, call Dawn on 07583 090 752.

How much are Pilates classes?

£28 – 4 week block.

Can I get a refund or carry over Pilates payments?

Please think carefully before committing to a 4-week block of Pilates classes, as payments cannot be refunded or carried over. However, subject to availability, Dawn will offer you a credit for another class within the payment month.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. All Dawn’s Fitness classes are suitable for beginners, so you do not need to be experienced before joining.

Where are the classes held?

Classes are held at Dalton-le-Dale Parish Hall in Seaham. Pilates, Dance Fit and Men only Pilates take place at Dalton-le-Dale Parish Hall.
