About Dawn’s Fitness
Dawn’s Fitness offers friendly, accessible classes for people who want to move more, improve strength, build confidence and enjoy exercise in a welcoming local environment. Whether you are new to exercise, returning after time away, or looking for a regular weekly class, Dawn’s sessions are designed to help you feel comfortable, supported and motivated.
Dawn Attrill runs the classes in association with Gym 55. Classes are aimed at the local Seaham community and include Pilates, dance fitness and body conditioning.

Dance Fit is a dance-based fitness class designed to get you moving, raise your heart rate and make exercise feel fun. It is a great choice if you enjoy music-led fitness and want a lively class atmosphere.
Pilates was created by a man, Joseph Pilates, predominantly for men. Dawn’s men only Pilates class provides a comfortable, pressure-free environment for the basic practice of Pilates.
Beginner-Friendly
You do not need to already be experienced or super fit to attend. Dawn’s Fitness classes are friendly, local and designed to help people feel comfortable taking part.

Please think carefully before committing to a 4-week block of Pilates classes, as payments cannot be refunded or carried over. However, subject to availability, Dawn will offer you a credit for another class within the payment month.
Yes. All Dawn’s Fitness classes are suitable for beginners, so you do not need to be experienced before joining.
Classes are held at Dalton-le-Dale Parish Hall in Seaham. Pilates, Dance Fit and Men only Pilates take place at Dalton-le-Dale Parish Hall.
